Murat SURUCU (1979 – Izmir / Turkey) received the B.Sc. degree in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering from Suleyman Demirel University, Isparta, in 2002. He received the M.Sc. degree from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University, Zonguldak, in 2010, the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Duzce University, Duzce, in 2021.
He worked as a R&D engineer at Antecom Elektronik, Izmir between 2002-2004 and at Suleyman Demirel University, Isparta between 2004-2005. Afterwards, he worked as a specialist, engineer and head of department at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University between 2005 and 2017 in the IT department. Later, he continued his duty as the head of information security and management department at ÖSYM between 2017-2019. He is currently working as the head of the department at the Ministry of National Education since 2019.
